Construction Cleanup in Charlotte, NC
We were called to give an estimate to do a construction cleanup for this duplex townhouse in Charlotte. The cleanup consisted of washing the red clay stains and construction debris from the cement fiber siding, concrete driveway pads, porch and two garage pads. We also did a roof wash in spots to get the red clay tracks off. Then we cleaned the exterior windows to remove the hard staining and paint.
We used a light chemical application to the sidings with a soft brush to treat the red clay but not damage the sidings as this must be done with precision. We used a very light pressure and Chem mix to wash all the concrete, as too much pressure will ruin the new concrete if you aren’t careful. This duplex town house turned out nice after the pressure washing and the white absolutely popped. The builders were thrilled and we will work together in the future.
