Received a call from a homeowner to get the hoa off his back. He needed McNeil Pressure Washing LLC to complete some pressure washing on his house siding. Upon arrival, I observed that the house was not very dirty, but that his driveway had mold growth. I spoke with him and offered him a ridiculous deal to add on a driveway cleaning to his house wash, which he agreed to. This was done to provide him better value and because the house wasn’t very dirty. Because we are experts at what we do, we completed this in about two hours and my customer was very happy with our service, pricing, and finished product.
